Before you book
Quick answers about booking, delivery and caring for your rentals on the day.
How do I check if my date is available?
Tap the cart icon on the item you want (or any Inquire button) and include your event date. We reach out within 24–48 hours to confirm availability and pricing.
How much is the deposit?
All bookings require a 50% deposit. Your date is held once the deposit is in.
How is delivery priced?
A delivery fee is added to the final total. It is quoted for your venue address, so please include it in your inquiry.
Do you set everything up?
Yes. We deliver and set up your rentals, then pick them up after the event.
Why do balloons say "starting at"?
Balloon garlands start at $275 and arches at $225. The final price depends on the size, colors and design you choose, which we confirm in your quote.
Which pieces come in custom colors?
The framed and arched 8x8 wood backdrops, ripple and curvy wood backdrops, and the platform come in custom colors. Shimmer walls come in gold or black, the shelf arch and champagne wall in white or black, and the throne chair in white or gold.
Any care tips for the day of the event?
Keep candles and heat sources away from balloons and backdrops, avoid hanging extra items on props, and plan shade for balloons at outdoor events since direct sun and heat can pop them. If anything comes up during your event, call us at 310-508-7702.
Can I add printed signs or decals?
Yes. Floor decals are available as a rental add-on, and our print shop makes adhesive prints at $5 per sq ft and custom vinyl backdrops. See print services.
